We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support the financial management, review, and estimating of direct and indirect material for the Ultra Maritime Business. This role requires an individual who is self-motivated and ready to work in a collaborative team environment. The analyst will partner with VP, Supply Chain to provide financial support to the Supply Chain Team. This position will be responsible for monthly financial reports, verifying actual costs, providing variance analysis, and supporting monthly closing activities, as well analysis of supplier pricing and proposal support.Nationality Requirements

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Support the monthly financial planning forecast / close process
Analyze and support Program Estimate-at-Completion (EAC)
Provide financial guidance to VP Supply Chain
Communication of forecast commitments to program team and communication of risk and opportunities to that plan to leadership
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance and data analysis
Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting utilizing standard company tools and processes
Review EAC inputs, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness
Review and analysis of material receipts, commitments and projections
Analyze supplier proposals to determine a fair and reasonable price position
Cross functional collaboration with Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain
Substantiate cost estimates and prepare recommendations for support of supplier and customer negotiations.
Develop and improve cost analysis templates and tools
Ability to travel if needed

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in written form
Program FP&A forecasting (Sales, Bookings, Profit, Cash)
Inquisitive (and acts on it) with strong analytical and mathematical skills
Experience with current DoD regulations associated with FAR/DFARS/TINA/CAS
Strong self-initiative
Provide continuous improvement and process relating to speed, accuracy, and overall delivery
Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related business field.
Typically requires 8 years working finance/accounting experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5 years working finance/accounting experience
