Multichannel Marketing Specialist

Location.: Warsaw, Poland

Full time job

The role is responsible for supporting the execution of a multichannel strategy in alignment with the overall product strategy. He/She will act as a subject matter expert for technical aspects of JnJ digital channels and platforms usage. A “go to” person for knowledge and processes.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Management and administration of regional strategical channels like: Marketing Automation (SFMC), Approved Emails, Webinars, web portals ((JnJ Medical Cloud, JnJwithMe, Corporate website), eDetail, SMS campaigns, in line with MC and Product Strategy

  • Close collaboration with MC Manager in executing EMEA and local initiatives

  • Local Vendor management: onboarding, assets production coordination, budget governance

  • Quality assurance and process flow maintenance with dedicated digital agency

  • Digital multichannel content administration (JJMC, JJWM)

  • Managing local Intranet site as a business admin

  • Content update and newsletter campaigns set-up and development

  • e-Events/webinars web mastering and technical logistics

  • Digital analytics report preparation and custom dashboards development

  • Technicalsupport in terms of digital activities

  • Coordination of local DARM process (Digital Assets Risk Management)

Requirements (knowledge, education, skills):

  • Education: University / Bachelor Degree or Equivalent, preferably in a relevant business-related discipline (eMarketing/
  • Experienced in:  Multichannel / eMarketing (min.1 year), experience in online marketing with a proven track record in developing effective digital strategies and delivering successful online campaigns., 

Abilities/ Skills:

  • Fluency in English language and excellent written English skills
  • Multichannel analytics
  • Flexibility, fast adaptation, openness and pro-activity
  • Skilled in using different digitally related platforms e.g. google analytics, adwords, SFMC, SalesForce CRM, CMS, HTML (basic)
  • Basic knowledge about streaming technologies
