Job Description
Main Tasks:
Online Sales Marketing Campaign:
oDesign and implement compelling campaign themes and promotion rules for online sales channels, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Service) to amplify internal and external awareness and drive new user registrations.
oDevelop and deploy marketing materials to attract users and drive traffic to online sales platforms by Utilize existing marketing channels to generate sales leads and facilitate conversion
oExecute campaigns across multiple touchpoints, monitor performance via data analytics tools (e.g., Sensor Data), and produce monthly reports with actionable insights for continuous optimization.
Product Content marketing:
oCollect, organize, translate and study relevant product materials (manuals, videos, etc.) from global marketing and local repository.
oSummarize the product features, USPs, benefits and use cases into mind maps/Word documents.
oVerify the technical accuracy of the content with the global product team and the China AP team.
oRefine and rewrite the above content into foundational material suitable for various content formats to showcase products and drive repeated purchase.
Douyin Account Management:
oDevelop and adapt Doujin content strategy based on business objectives and user feedback.
oLeverage product mind maps to outline short video content themes and structures.
o Produce short videos aligned with business goals and brand guidelines.
oManage video publishing and daily account operations, including Dou+ promotion, fan group engagement, and comment moderation, to boost content reach and lead generation.
oConduct monthly performance reviews by using data insights to refine content iteration strategies.
Miscellaneous:
Support miscellaneous operational activities such as gift design and procurement, Mini Program and Douyin annual certification, and participation in regular meetings with global eCommerce and marketing teams.
Provide optimization suggestions for the customer journey and user interface based on observation and data.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
A strong passion for digital technologies, e-commerce trends, and ZEISS products, markets, and brand mission.
Demonstrated interest in online sales, performance marketing, or digital channel management through prior experience is preferred.
Experience and Skill:
3+ years of experience in Online Sales or Digital Marketing in MNC
Hands-on knowledge of China digital and eCommerce ecosystem
Deep understanding of online sales marketing best practices, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.
Experience in Douyin (TikTok) account management, content strategy,or campaign operations is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present data-driven insights clearly.
Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to inform strategy and optimize campaign performance.
Other skills:
Ability to rapidly learn and master IQS accessories products and their applications across different industry segments.
Selfmotivated and adaptable, with a strong willingness to immerse in new domains and thrive in an empowered, goal-driven work setting.
Fluent English communication skills, with the proven ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
