Position Overview:
The Benefits Analyst role supports Diligent’s global benefits providing excellent customer service to employees and serving as a first point of contact for benefits program including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and leave of absence. This versatile role juggles often competing priorities and requires a diverse skill set ranging from knowledge of benefits programs, compliance and administration, and HR systems. The role partners with all members of our HR team, interacts with employees and managers at all levels of the organization and requires operational immersion into the inner workings of an HR department and a detailed understanding of HR processes and procedures. This role will be expected to support M&A integration activities and support the organization as it continues to scale and grow.
