Alfa are looking for a Talent Development Manager who’ll play a crucial role to define, articulate and deliver Alfa’s end to end talent management cycle and initiatives that build capability now and for the future to support our business strategy.
What you will be doing at Alfa:
Define, deliver, and continuously improve talent management and succession planning practices across all levels.
Lead and execute a holistic, organisation-wide performance cycle and process to foster a high-performance culture.
Develop initiative and practices to retain talent, develop skills and breadth, strengthen succession, and cultivate key talent pools.
Utilise internal and external data and benchmarking information to continually review and identify opportunities to enhance talent, leadership development, and performance propositions.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
Proven experience developing and implementing innovative talent management initiatives across the full employee lifecycle with a key focus on continuous feedback, end of year reviews and succession planning
Experience working closely with HR Operations functions to align process and best practices.
Strong influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to drive change whilst positively supporting managers and employees through process and best practice process changes
Strong stakeholder management at Corporate Leadership level.
Previous experience within an Learning and Development role and /or team
