Job Description:

The Digital Product Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of vendor management and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal teams on contracts review process to ensure compliance with company requirements 
• Assist and coordinate with project team to detail project scopes, deliverables, timelines, compensation structure in drafting agreements
• Coordinate vendors onboarding processes including accounts setup, logistics preparation, access arrangement etc.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams & vendors and handle administrative works in between
• Coordinate with internal teams on financial projection and tracking project spending

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
• Knowledge in organization workflow and culture of Hong Kong Disneyland is an advantage 
• Fluent in English & Chinese
