Our customer platform team are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce DeveloperWe’re a family of brands revolutionising a cleaner, greener future. Working here is #MoreThanACareer - we’re powered by purpose. Your role here will be to join the committed delivery teams building a new selling solution using Salesforce Industries, AWS and Dynamics. We're enabling better service to our customers; faster speed to market for our business stakeholders; and a faster slicker experience for our solvers.

Location: We have a hybrid-work environment, where you will be predominantly home-based but required to travel to Windsor office occasionally

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Accountable for timely delivery of assigned tickets

  • Participate in refining and scoping upcoming sprint work

  • Conduct spikes/investigations into innovative technologies for future project viability

  • Ensure teammates' work meets code quality standards through reviews

  • Coordinate with other teams for integrations, ensuring alignment of tasks and APIs

  • Work with the QA team to investigate and resolve issues

About you:

  • Experience of Salesforce, both declarative and programmatic

  • Experience of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) an advantage

  • Experience with Git or similar version control system

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Portals, Platform Events

  • Background in working within an agile/SCRUM environment.

  • Experience delivering robust and scalable systems

  • Good verbal and written communication skills and a team player 

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised
