About the job:

As the ABM (Account Based Marketing) Manager you will be responsible for developing ABM strategies and campaigns to identify, target, and convert ICP target accounts into opportunities. This role will collaborate with Sales, SDR and Marketing leaders to create personalized and effective ABM campaigns to nurture key accounts, support pipeline growth and contribute to the company’s strategic objectives. You will lead a team of 2 overseeing ABM campaigns, LinkedIn-paid campaigns, and content syndication.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Management: 
    • Manage a team of 2 overseeing ABM always-on and seasonal campaigns, LinkedIn paid campaigns and content syndication programs to drive and nurture leads within our ICP. 
  2. Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement ABM strategies that align with overall company goals and sales objectives.
    • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on ABM performance 
  3. Campaign Management:
    • Oversee the development, deployment and adoption of multi-touch, multi-channel ABM campaigns 
  4. Account Targeting and Segmentation:
    • Leverage 6Sense to identify high-potential accounts and build segments accordingly.
    • Develop detailed profiles for target accounts to understand their needs, pain points, and buying processes.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Sales teams to ensure alignment and integration 
    • Partner with product marketing teams to understand the value proposition and create compelling messaging for target accounts.
  6. Measurement and Optimization:
    • Monitor and analyze performance using KPIs such as engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
    • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign performance.
  7. Technology and Tools:
    • Leverage 6Sense, Postal, Outreach, SFDC to manage campaigns and analyze results
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest ABM technologies and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  8. Budget Management:
    • Manage ABM budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor monthly and quarterly spend against budget and adjust plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 6+ years experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years focused on ABM
  • 2+ years experience managing a team 
  • Proficiency in Marketo, 6Sense, Postal, Outreach and SFDC
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of ABM methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Experience in fintech or technology sectors preferred
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Unique aspects of this role:

  • Travel:  
    • Minimal overnight travel anticipated (up to 5%)
  • Schedule:
    • Normal workweek business hours within geographic location and time zone
    • May require flexibility to coordinate schedules across time zones with internal teams and external customers and contacts
  • Physical aspects:
    • Position is located onsite/in-office three days per week
    • Prolonged sitting and/or standing at workstation
    • Prolonged computer and/or telephone usage
    • Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds
    • Visual acuity at close ranges

The anticipated base pay rate for this position is approximately $120,000 CAD.
