As a Senior Medical Education Associate with Stryker’s Surgical Technologies team, you will oversee the scheduling, planning, logistics and execution of the Mobile Experience stops across the country. These customer-facing education events bring awareness to the problems healthcare is facing today, and how we provide safety solutions to elevate the standard of care. In this role, you will partner with our Marketing teams, salesforce, leadership and MedEd counterparts to produce impactful events, with engaging content.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and execute Medical Education programs
  • Coordinate vendors and internal partners, to produce each stop
  • Gather, organize and communicate data and information from each event
  • Support and execute within our budgeting guidelines
  • Educate salesforce on Mobile Lab process and best practices
  • Understand customer profiles, and adapt content and messaging appropriately
  • Obtain understanding of marketing/sales related event coordination
  • Obtain product and procedural knowledge


WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of work experience required
  • 2+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
  • Prior experience in event planning preferred

$67,400 - $136,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 50%
