Job Purpose:

As ESG Project Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing ESG initiatives within the organization. The primary objective is to align business practices with sustainable principles while ensuring transparency, compliance, and positive social impact. This position acts as a bridge between sustainability objectives and financial performance, driving value creation for both the company and its stakeholders.
In this role, you will...
Support the preparation of ESG reports for regulatory compliance and public disclosure.
Assess environmental, social, and governance practices within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business strategies and operations, understanding business needs and benchmarking GSK against competitors.
Analyze and interpret ESG-related data and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in stakeholder engagement activities and address inquiries about ESG practices.
Stay updated on emerging ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge of sustainability principles, ESG frameworks, and relevant regulations.
You have proven experience as an ESG Specialist or in a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:
Proficiency in conducting ESG assessments, analyzing data, and identifying material issues.
Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., EINF, CSRD, GRI, TCFD) and experience in preparing sustainability reports.
Ability to develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks tailored to the organization's objectives and industry.
Financial acumen to link sustainability initiatives to business value and articulate the financial implications of ESG practices.
Experience in conducting stakeholder engagement and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to lead the development of new solutions to meet changing expectations.
