ABOUT THE JOB

  • As a DRCO (Deregistered Company Operations) officer, the primary responsibility is to process information to assist the client on deregistered company cases that necessitate investigation, blocking, and account closure, including process information within client's system and preparation of remittance files, ensuring compliance with obligations and NAB's code of conduct.

  • Communicate efficiently with colleagues in the onshore and offshore DRCO team, processing information to co-ordinate to ensure that the client respond to customers in a timely manner. This includes working closely with the onshore DRCO team on escalations.

  • Process information to request, track, and follow up on requests made to other teams for account blocks and closure for complex products and services to ensure that blocking and closure is completed by the client in a timely manner.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the onshore DRCO team in managing DRCO cases across the re stages of the end-to-end process. 

  • Proceed information to assist the client for account blocking & closure of deregistered accounts.

  • Management of DRCC (Deregistered Company Closures) mailbox - review and response to Inbound queries from colleagues and escalation requests.

  • Operate within defined processes, policies and guidelines

  • Build and maintain knowledge of NAB Products, Processes, Policies and Procedures

  • Display professional and ethical behaviour in your actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position.

YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of working experience in operations, highly preferable experience in Banking or Financial Service industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese.

  • Understanding of Compliance obligations.

  • Ability to grasp complex ideas and process changes.

  • High level of attention to detail.

  • Demonstrate curious mindset and ability to investigate.

  • Must be well organised and able to prioritise tasks.

  • High commitment and teamwork spirit.
