We are looking for a Performance Marketing account manager to join our passionate e-commerce team..

As a self-starter and performance marketing talent, you are expected to grow advertising revenue at profitable rates by applying innovative thinking, flawless execution and cutting-edge tactics.

You will help set the strategy, build and launch digital marketing campaigns, track performance and manage media spent budget with a ROAS target. You should be able to identify opportunities for new channels and initiatives to grow the business.
 

Your Responsibilities

·   You will set the strategy and manage digital campaigns for HP including Paid Search, Social Media, App marketing

·   Ongoing timely and accurate channel performance tracking, analysis, and actionable insights; Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly. Communicate performance and testing insights to the team and management.

·       Partner with channel team and marketing to develop new customer recruitment campaigns, serving as a digital expert.

·   Manage media spent budget; Ensure media spend is efficient in driving campaign performance goals – i.e. Sales/ROAS and/or Awareness.

·   Think omni-channel when developing strategies to bridge the gap of digital marketing spend with driving traffic in-stores. Key player in performance marketing omnichannel program.

·   Stay up to date with customer acquisition best practices, with a persistent eye on new channels and competitor techniques.

Qualifications

. Work proficiency in English

·   BA ecommerce Mgmt, or digital advertising.

·   Certification : Google Ad, Google Analytics.

·   Preferred : consumer acquisition experience and/or marketing analyst role

·   Excellent conversion analytics skills (you LOVE data, to optimize your campaigns).

·   Experience with Paid Search Marketing and / or Affiliate Marketing

·   You are advanced with Microsoft Excel 

·   You have a passion for performance marketing, and are constantly seeking out how to unlock new channels.

·   You find it easy to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

·   You are a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication across a global organization.
