Project Role : Service Delivery Operations Representati
Project Role Description : Assign and manage work assignments, drive people management activities for the delivery team. Manage service delivery quality and cost.

Must have Skills: Automic/UC4 , One Automation batch operations and scheduling Good To Have: Automic/UC4 Administration activities, Automic Scripting,shell scripting Roles & responsibilities : Reviewing the ticketing queue if any new request from application teams Creation and Modification of Batch Jobs in Automic/UC4 Testing of batch job in Non production Environment before moving into Production system Creating change request for Job update/edit, creation and deletion Scheduling calendar in Automic/UC4 Suspend batch job on Client Request Batch jobs need to be postponed or preponed according to outage window, During Outage. Taking care of if any Adhoc requests in Automic/UC4 Integrating of new batch job with another existing batch job Escalation to administration team if any intermittent issues with in the application Troubelshooting job failures Maintaining the SLA’s of the tickets(response & resolution) time by 99% Reports generation and sending to different towers Ability to create jobs, design workflows, events, and schedules as per business requirement. Handle issues, client calls and resolve issues effectively and guide team internally where needed.
