Our work powers informed decision-making at every pivotal moment in oncology – from the treatment options presented to patients, to the operational considerations for oncology practices, to the design of clinical trials, to the commercial launch plans for new therapies. We are looking for a self-motivated, capable, enthusiastic, and dependable person to join our growing team in this collaborative and results-oriented position that is focused on helping to execute our marketing strategies to support the growth of Ontada.

Reporting to the Director, Customer Engagement and Analytics, the manager, Marketing Operations and Analytics will primarily be responsible for informing Ontada Learn strategy, campaigns, and decision making by gathering, analyzing, and socializing metrics and insights.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the development and execution of fact-base reporting and analytical models to enhance decision making across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Operations and CRM

  • Ownership of data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation, analytics, process workflows, data uploads and data augmentation
  • Identify, evaluate, deploy, and manage marketing CRM platform and data strategy to address current needs (i.e., insights collection, segmentation and 360o degree customer view) and help scale for future marketing plans
  • Support the technical aspects of marketing CRM/database in relation to database growth, data cleanliness, and completeness
  • Research and analysis:  Codify and analyze  business performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Communicating findings: Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact
  • Strategizing: Strategizing ideas to improve business operations and proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing

Performance monitoring, reporting and analytics

  • Define performance analytics standards, guidelines, and marketing KPIs for marketing strategies, programs, and campaigns to measure effectiveness, brand health and awareness
  • Analyze, operationalize, track, model and apply attribution to all performance metrics
  • Utilize modeling and advanced statistical methods to drive program engagement, segmentation and analysis, process workflows, data uploads and data augmentation
  • Oversee the development of dashboards, creation of standardized reports and the distribution of reporting to provide ongoing insights to sales and franchise teams on program engagement and penetration
  • Leverage data visualization to illustrate a compelling narrative
  • Work closely with Market insights team on annual VOC survey

Data Offering and Innovation

  • Build marketing analytics offering for Life Science organizations
  • Consistently look for new opportunities to drive revenue and enhance the customer experience

Minimum Requirement

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably masters in a quantitative field such as Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science or related field

Critical Skills

  • 4+ years of marketing, marketing operations, or business intelligence experience   
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in data management and analytics  
  • B2B experience preferred, Experience in oncology or life sciences industry a plus
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and diligent review of analyses 
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to business partners
  • Demonstrated project management skills, leveraging an execution focus with strong collaboration skills
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, power BI/tableau etc.), Salesforce, SAS and VBA

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$83,400 - $139,000
