Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following.  Other duties may be assigned

  • Prepare and distribute invoices
  • Cash receipts, prepare checks for deposit, verify bank transactions
  • Process transactions in D365 accounting system
  • Outstanding A/R follow-up
  • Process various daily reports
  • Accounts Receivable filing
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Record daily box office sales
  • Reconcile weekly Ticketmaster reports by event
  • Prepare pro-forma invoices
  • Other administrative and office projects

Education and/or Experience      

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least one year office /clerical experience preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Ability to prioritize schedules, work independently and follow instructions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Computer Skills

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to learn other software
