The Channel Development Head is responsible for driving the growth and development of bancassurance channels. This role will lead strategic initiatives to strengthen existing and new distribution channels, foster partnerships, and implement digital innovations. The incumbent will work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize customer touchpoints, elevate customer experience, and achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder with more than 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance, banking and / or fintech.
Business Development and Project management experience, preferably with channel, digital and technology initiatives
Human Centered Design (HCD) and Agile experience would be an advantage
Bancassurance industry experience is preferred but not required
Data driven in making decisions and crafting strategies to rollout digital initiatives
Must have very strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
