Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As a Benefits Lead - USA, you serve as a subject matter expert and play a leading role in administering and supporting the Arc’teryx employee experience through our US benefits plans, leaves, wellness and retirement programs. You support the full cycle of program design, delivery and implementation, administration, communication, and reporting, as well as policy development and process improvements.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open hybrid remote work. This role can be hired fully remotely. Business operations occur in Pacific Time zone. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada.
