Position Summary
We're seeking a Cybersecurity Champion Program Leader to develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive Cybersecurity Champion Program. This role will work collaboratively with engineering, architecture, and product management (PdM) teams to promote cybersecurity best practices and build a network of cybersecurity advocates within the organization.
Your Responsibilities
Design and launch a Cybersecurity Champion Program that aligns with our company's objectives and security posture.
Identify and recruit potential Cybersecurity Champions across multiple departments, providing them with the necessary training and resources.
Develop and maintain program materials, including training content, communication plans, and recognition mechanisms.
Coordinate with IT security, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure that the program addresses current and emerging threats.
Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of the program and make data-driven improvements.
Facilitate regular meetings and workshops with Cybersecurity Champions to share updates, gather feedback, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on cybersecurity matters within the company.
Stay abreast of industry trends, threats, and best practices in cybersecurity to continually enhance the program's relevance and effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management or project management.
Experience creating and driving training and upskilling programs.
Some experience or knowledge of cybersecurity is desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving initiatives to successful completion.
Ability to influence without direct authority and inspire a diverse group of individuals to become cybersecurity advocates.

Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task with a strong sense of urgency; ability to meet deadlines.
