Supports the design, execution, effectiveness, and ongoing management of Business Risk governance and reporting processes. Work closely with a variety of business partners to ensure high-quality execution of Business Risk committee processes, materials, and overall operations. Work to ensure materials provided to committee are high-quality, high-value, provides appropriate levels of transparency to committee members, and accurately describes the state of the enterprise business risk environment. Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, controls, and training materials for process participants.
This role requires collaboration and organizational skills to coordinate the efforts of many partners and ensure timely delivery. Requires sound forensic business analysis skills to derive key insights and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities:
Provide centralized support of committee processes and content production, including coordination with business-level stakeholders and key contacts.
Perform business analysis and effective challenge on reporting materials to ensure quality, accuracy, value, and ongoing relevance of all reporting content. Execute and maintain audit-ready processes within timelines as per process documentation and guidelines and retain appropriate performance evidence.
Collaborate with key enterprise business partners to identify high-value reporting opportunities that meet or exceed regulatory expectations.
Drive and monitor the progress of cyclical processes, identify and communicate key updates and pending challenges to leadership.
Coordinate with key stakeholders on a variety of tactical and administrative topics to maximize alignment / transparency and minimize potential conflicts of scheduling, content, or other areas of cross-functional conflict.
Collaborate with teams to establish, continuously improve, and execute on the team’s change management framework.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Management, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
4 + years of Consumer Financial Services/Banking, Risk/Compliance Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, Quantitative, Computer Science, Management Science or Related Field
In Lieu of Degree, 6 + years of Consumer Financial Services/Banking, Risk/Compliance Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, Quantitative, Computer Science, Management Science or Related Field
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Business Administration or Management or Analytics

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
