• We’re looking for someone with restructuring knowledge and technical skills to join us as a Complex & International Relationship Manager
• You’ll provide strong capital management to customers and identify potential problems quickly
• You’ll be able to really make this role your own, allowing excellent exposure for you and your work

What you'll do

As a Complex & International Relationship Manager, it’ll be your job to support customers with their recovery strategies in a fair and transparent manner. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of exposure where the risk level is outside of our lending appetite, building on our values of trust and advocacy and maintaining the highest standards of conduct.

Day to day, you’ll be:

• Assisting senior colleagues on complex and challenging cases
• Drafting provision papers to support your senior colleagues
• Carrying out financial and business viability tests
• Performing forecasting activities, including assessments

The skills you'll need

You’ll already be significantly experienced in corporate finance or corporate turnaround and have strong analytical skills, particularly in business viability assessments. An understanding of the barriers to the successful implementation of restructuring solutions will be key, as are advanced financial modelling skills.

Naturally, your communication and influencing skills will need to be excellent, along with your ability to inspire co-operation and trust.

You’ll also need:

• An understanding of the wider economic, regulatory and commercial environment
• An up-to-date awareness and knowledge of banking policies
• An appreciation of public company reporting and regulatory news service reporting
