*This position will operate on a hybrid schedule where the candidate will be on-site at our Mahwah, NJ 2-3 days/week
As a Lead Analyst, Finance you will serve as a key member supporting the Knee business unit, actively contributing to crafting and executing strategies aimed at fostering growth, enhancing profitability, and expanding market presence. Collaborate closely with leaders across Marketing, R&D, and Training functions, gaining valuable insights into business direction and engaging with our diverse portfolio.

What you will do:
- Cultivate robust relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with the upstream marketing team to develop and review New Product Development models.
- Conduct comprehensive financial reviews with business leaders, offering invaluable business insights and identifying avenues for improvement.
- Participate in weekly staff calls, delivering finance updates and gaining deeper insights into business dynamics.
- Prepare crucial management reports encompassing new product development expenditure and headcount.
- Gather pertinent materials for business reviews and investor relations inquiries.
- Prepare and scrutinize budgets, forecasts, and financial projections for accuracy and comprehensiveness.
- Provide support during the month-end close process.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated success in business partnering, with 3+ years of experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level, including expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Power BI and/or a keen interest in expanding software proficiency.
- A collaborative team player adept at working across diverse functions.
