About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic, charismatic, talented, and fun HR Business Partner to support the most talented SaaS team in the business. Reporting directly to the VP, People, this role will be based in our NYC Office and will support key stakeholders in our NY HQ as well as our remote and international teams.

You will serve as a critical bridge between your stakeholders (leaders, people managers), the rest of the People Team (both US and International), and other functions. Your operational goal is to drive the effective alignment, design, and implementation of people-related initiatives for the business. Your strategic goal is to drive the talent management outcomes which will help RepeatMD achieve its goals as a high-performing business and as an employer of choice.

What you will own:

  • Support business leaders and people managers in developing an organization that indexes high on performance and values at all levels
  • Understand the business strategy and challenges of the organization to collaborate with leadership to identify the right HR priorities and roadmap for their business units
  • Coach and enable people managers to ensure they are fully-equipped to help the company retain and develop our best talent
  • Independently support the design and implementation of organizational change and restructuring projects in your supported functions
  • Facilitate the successful implementation of programs / initiatives by ensuring effective comms and collaboration across all stakeholders and teams involved
  • Leverage the full potential of People Analytics data, using it to develop insights, strategies and solutions to help you and your stakeholders achieve talent objectives
  • Proactively work to improve (as appropriate) the policy, process, systems and general HR practices of ReatMD to better align with desired business outcomes
  • Assist in resolving employee relation issues, conduct effective escalation case investigations, and recommend well-considered actions for sensitive and / or complex situations
  • Engage with the wider team and other functions to build relationships, drive greater alignment, clarify roles & responsibilities and increase productivity. 

Requirements:

  • Min. 5-8 years relevant HR Business Partnering experience (or mix of HRBP and similar experience in other disciplines like rewards, people analytics, performance management and talent management). This experience should preferably have been within a large Tech or E-Commerce company, ideally supporting Tech functions in some form
  • Proven track record in independently planning, developing and implementing various People projects (i.e. performance management, employee engagement, Talent management, change mgt) across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of the US employment environment and HR practices is a must, as you will act as SME for the team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges and provide innovative solutions that align with clients' goals.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and product offerings in the dynamic SaaS landscape.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.

The total compensation range for this position in the United States is $120,000 to $150,000. Compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
