Summary of Position:

Alcon is looking for a streamserve Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 years of experience OpenText StreamServe.
• Working knowledge of Design Center and Control Center.
• Good understanding for multiple inputs using StreamIn XMLIN etc.
• Good understanding for multiple outputs using StreamOut XMLOUT MailOUT PageOUT and StroyTeller.
• Should have worked on Post Processing and DBAT.
• Good working knowledge in StreamStudio Composition Center.
• Experience in OpenText Exstream would be an added advantage, not mandatory.
• Hands on experience in Shell scripting required.
• Basic level knowledge of SAP modules including but not limited to: SAP SD, FI, SCM, PP, SRM, CRM, S/4HANA.
• Excellent working knowledge of ITIL/ITSM service management practices, specifically incident management, change management and problem management.
• Capability to think strategically.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

·       Technical skills:

·       StreamServe components, StreamServe Communications Builder, Control Center, Story Teller, Post processing, Archiving, Printing labels on Zebra, printers, OTDS, Change Management, Troubleshooting.

·       Add ons: Admin skills, upgrade skills, StreamServe web components, SAP Integration, Powershell etc.

·       Version - 16.6.6 or higher

·       Analyze the requirements and provide a solution.

·       Provide effort estimates.

·       Design a new project/layout in SS.

·       Make changes as part of enhancements.

·       Track all changes being done and provide a status report.

·       Collaborate with different teams.

·       Highlight any foreseen challenges to all stakeholders.

·       Take part in any high priority incidents.

·       Documentation.

Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
