The role in more detail
Currently the EMEA & LATAM payroll department manage 30 different payrolls, we also support other payrolls in the News Corp Group.
The payrolls range in volume from 400 employees on a singular payroll through to 1 expat on a payroll.
Pay dates are staggered throughout the month, so the ability to multitask and meet deadlines is a critical part of the role.
We currently have 3 specialists in the team, and the payrolls are rotated to ensure each specialist keeps updating their own knowledge, but within each payroll there is an SME to call upon.
The countries we currently process payrolls for are: Belgium; Bulgaria; Brazil; Colombia; Dubai; Denmark;France; Germany, Israel; Italy; Mexico; Netherlands; Poland; Portugal; Romania; Russia; South Africa; Spain; Sweden; Switzerland and UK;
This is a great opportunity for an EMEA specialist to advance their payroll knowledge and be a key driver within the current payroll team.
