The role

Due to HUB24's rapid growth and recent acquisitions, our operational landscape is evolving, prompting the need to hire an experienced Payroll Officer to join our Finance Operations team within a 12 months fixed term contract.

In this position, you'll analyse extensive datasets and navigate complex modern awards, effectively bridging the gap between payroll functions and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include meticulously processing payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with modern award provisions. With a keen eye for detail and in-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, you'll streamline processes, identify efficiencies, and provide valuable insights to optimise payroll operations.

You'll work in a collaborative team to autonomously manage the delivery of accurate and timely payroll across the HUB24 Group.
