ROLE SUMMARY
This role acts as the Regional CET Manager for CFC Training, reporting to the China Regional CET Lead. The manager will deliver training programs directly in the field, including new hire training, MICS phase training, regional training, and BU training for CFC in their assigned region. They will conduct joint field calls with Regional Managers (RM) and District Managers (DM) to identify training needs and provide continuous training
The Regional CET Manager will collaborate with RMs, DMs, and MICS to develop tailored training solutions that address the unique needs of each region. Through daily field work, they will observe, diagnose, and identify training gaps and needs for capability building, providing inputs for the regional training strategy and plan. They will evaluate employees' knowledge on disease, product, and competition to ensure CFC is mastering product knowledge. Additionally, they will assess CFC HCP engagement skills, including communication skills and objection handling, to improve interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Furthermore, the Regional CET Manager will actively contribute as a member of the Regional Manager Leadership Team (RM LT), providing insights and support from the training and capabilities building function. They will provide monthly training activities and insights report dashboards to effectively track and measure training quality and impact. Lastly, they will collaborate with key stakeholders, including RMs, to ensure alignment and support for training initiatives.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Training delivery in the field: Deliver training programs directly in the field, including new hire training programs, MICS phase training programs, regional training programs, and BU training programs for CFC in the assigned region.
Field joint call with RM/DM: Conduct joint field calls with identified Regional Managers (RM) and District Managers (DM) to provide continuous training and support.
Develop Regional Training solutions and field work with RMs, DMs, and MICS: Collaborate with RMs, DMs, and MICS to develop tailored training solutions that address the unique needs of each region.
Training needs observation and identification: Through daily field work, observe, diagnose, and identify training gaps and needs for capabilities building, and provide inputs for regional training strategy and plan.
Assess knowledge: Evaluate the knowledge of employees on disease, product, and competition to ensure CFC is mastering product knowledge
Assess HCP engagement: Assess the CFC HCP engagement skills, including communication skills and objection handling, to improve their interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Contribute as RM LT: Actively contribute as a member of the Regional Manager Leadership Team (RM LT), providing insights and support from the training and capabilities building function.
Report Training Dashboard: Provide monthly training activities and insights report dashboard to effectively track and measure training quality and impact.
Key stakeholders: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including RMs, to ensure alignment and support for training initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with sales experience in a MNC pharmaceutical company being a must; prior Training delivery experience are preferred
Proven ability to provide effective field coaching to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
Demonstrated experience in assessing sales capabilities and developing training programs to enhance them.
Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align training initiatives with business goals and priorities.
Expertise in developing tailored training solutions that address the unique needs of each region.
Strong passion for training and be interested in adopting up-to-date training trends/technology to daily training work
Strong communication and stakeholder management and cross-function collaboration skills
Be willing to travel to delivery training and field visit (~40% working time)
