Position Purpose: Develop and lead enterprise-wide strategies to optimize provider engagement and performance, while enhancing governance initiatives. Collaborate with enterprise partners and key stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve strategic objectives that align with the organization's goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive provider strategy plans that support the organization and value-based care objectives.

  • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends in healthcare to enhance provider network performance.

  • Define and lead initiatives to optimize provider networks, ensuring access to high-quality, cost-effective care.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive a Partnership Model representing Operations across various partner organizations, including Markets, Health Plan Products, Business Technology Solutions (BTS), Compliance, and other identified stakeholders.

  • Translate identified strategies into a set of prioritized initiatives (e.g., talent-, process-, and / or technology based). Ensure that each has senior leadership and partner support and buy-in, a manageable execution plan and / or road map, appropriate resource staffing, support for execution, and appropriate business case and governance to achieve success. Drive the overall process of initiative delivery to success.

  • Oversee initiatives to streamline administration, reduce costs, and enhance provider satisfaction through direct collaboration with providers.

  • Foster strong relationships with key providers and stakeholders to drive collaboration and engagement.

  • Build provider performance-based curriculum and strategy to drive enterprise consistency in the way we support our provider partners.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required. Master's degree preferred. 10+ years experience in provider experience strategic initiatives to support Primary Care providers. Proven experience (10+ years) in senior leadership roles within provider management, healthcare strategy, or governance, with at least 5 years managing a provider engagement team. 5+ years’ experience in a value base care organization driving initiatives that accelerate a path to a successful risk arrangement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels. Deep understanding of provider performance including value-based care principles, strong leadership abilities, and ability to work across an array of complex and critical business, vendor, and other stakeholder partnerships in delivering process-based and transformational initiatives.
