The Opportunity:

As Sr Business Operations Manager to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for providing strategic support, managing special projects, and facilitating communication and coordination within the marketing department and across other departments within the company. You will work closely with the CMO to execute the marketing strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment with company goals.

What you will be doing everyday:

  • Collaborate with the CMO to develop and execute the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and priorities.

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.

  • Lead and manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CMO, ensuring timely and successful execution.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and milestones.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CMO.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the marketing department and with other departments across the organization.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other communications materials for executive meetings and leadership updates.

  • Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness within the marketing department through process improvements, resource optimization, and performance tracking.

  • Manage and optimize allocation of annual marketing budget 

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in a strategic, analytical, or operational role within a marketing or technology-driven organization.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex plans and initiatives.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Ideally, you also have experience with:

  • Working in the tech industry or a fast-paced startup environment is highly desirable.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
