What you’ll do

  • Review, investigate, and resolve customer payment discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner

  • Process customer payments according to established departmental procedures

  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to bank balances

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payment processing systems and procedures

  • Provide support to other departments as needed, including but not limited to Customer Care, Fraud, Risk, Finance

  • Generate detailed client reports

  • Escalate complex customer issues to supervisor or manager as needed

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times

What you need to have

  • Experience with utilizing a range of Bank interfaces, e.g. International Payments, UK Faster Payments, SEPA, SWIFT

  • A background of interaction and familiarity with Risk and Compliance Protocols

  • Highly adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities

  • Strong interpersonal communication & collaboration skills and time management skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as a team
