Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate Project Planner Scheduler (Level 2) to join our Engineering Business Operations team in Everett, Washington.

In this role, you’ll be a part of the Integrated Change Scheduling (ICS) team supporting Design Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering change activity scheduling for all Commercial Airplane Programs.

Position Responsibilities:   

  • Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.

  • Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.

  • Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.

  • Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates task, to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.

  • Coordinates document work statements and resulting schedules.

  • Identifies and provide reports on performance variances, project status, change information to project team.

  • Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in managing project schedules and managing programs and projects.

  • 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions.

  • 1+ years of experience in collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.

  • 1+ years of experience in using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.). 

Relocation:

Summary pay range: $73,950 - $80,000
