As an Associate Director, Digital Business Operations, this role is responsible for building and managing a team which will provide a best in class on-boarding, implementation, adoption and support of our digital tools. The key responsibilities include; but are not limited to:

• Integration of digital tool into customer business processes
• Creation of an In-depth on-boarding team
• Comprehensive and Continual Training in support of releases and new features
• Operationalize Commercial Strategies
• Develop and maintain customer success strategies and best practices
• Act as day to day support/contact for customers
• Focus on driving adoption of new digital tools to identified accounts
• Build and prepare the teams required for each market and successfully transition them back to the business when required.

What You’ll Bring to Alcon:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
• 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
