This unique role blends the creative skills of a production artist with the organizational and strategic capabilities of a project manager. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in graphic design, an understanding of Point-of-Sale collateral, content management and the ability to manage and execute multiple requests.

Role Responsibilities

  • Content Marketing Project Management: Build and maintain a robust and adaptable monthly content calendar that manages the requested content and collaborate with internal teams to ensure content, and approvals are managed effectively based process
  • Production Design: Update and manage templated assets for the North American retail marketing team, ensuring consistency across all visual materials and utilize design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Respond to requests and changes with agility, assessing the impact on content strategy and making necessary adjustments and maintain a balance between accommodating business needs and ensuring content changes are communicated effectively.
  • Clear Communication: Engage with clients to understand their goals and motivations behind content changes and provide clear guidance on the implications of changes, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives.
  • Boundaries and Prioritization: Establish and enforce guidelines for content requests, including deadlines and limitations on changes and prioritize change requests based on strategic importance and feasibility.
  • Proactive Planning and Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update content strategy to anticipate market shifts and regional preferences and use insights from change requests to continuously improve content management processes and collaboration tools.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • +4 years’ marketing experience, retail or digital.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • You are a self-starter who can work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks at once while delivering results against deadlines.
  • You have organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • You can multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
