ROLE SUMMARY
Country Brand Lead - Oncology Biosimilar (CBL) will have responsibility over Innovative portfolio with a focus on Biosimilars and to define, formulate the optimal marketing mix and core brand/portfolio strategies. In addition, the CBL will develop marketing pull through plans and programs with the main objective to generate demand, inclusive of multi-channel and digital tactics. The CBL will report to the Specialty Care Marketing Lead.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the strategic plan that maximizes patient impact and deliver against financial objectives for the category or business segment end-to-end. Responsibility over Onco portfolio
- Accountable for adapting (glocalizing) global brand strategies, tactical programs, and TA-specific customer experiences to meet local market needs.
- Leads the cross functional brand/category team and is accountable for its effectiveness and performance
- Accountable for the planning and coordination of the stakeholder engagement, across functions, to meet category objectives.
- Accountable for developing the organizational capabilities necessary to execute the strategic plan.
- Responsible for the revenue and DME forecasts and accurate tracking and monitoring
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountable
- Brand Plan: Develop prelaunch plan with market, customer and competitor insights and review brand strategies &get approval with key stakeholders.
- Campaign Development: Select best fitting modules for country needs
- Promotional Meetings: Manage compliance review of materials
- Develop category Op Plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations Long-range forecasting for portfolios
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8-10 years of pharmaceutical experiences includes sales and marketing, and minimum 2 years in marketing experience, launch experiences, Oncology field are a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree; master degree or MBA desired
