How will you make a difference?
The CIS Regional Growth Leader of Wabtec plays a vital role in representing and advocating for Wabtec to business and government stakeholders. Their main responsibilities include driving a One Wabtec approach in leading and achieving commercial strategies, business development, regional operations, and talent development aligned with the global P&Ls and functions. Experience in the CIS Region is required for this role. The Regional Leader must also spend at least 50% of the year in Kazakhstan.
Who will you be working with?
To achieve this, the Regional Leader is leading and partnering across a matrixed organization as well as with cross-functional teams and P&Ls. The goal is to support Wabtec's culture through strong and inspiring leadership internally as well as externally within the CIS region.

Compensation for this role is expected to be between $198,000 and $335,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
