Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team as an Engineering Apprentice Co-Op and dive into the heart of innovation! We're on the hunt for a creative mind to fuel our department's growth and support our quest for engineering excellence. As we surge towards our ambitious goals, we need someone ready to embrace challenges head-on, ensuring our journey to sustainable success is nothing short of thrilling.

Key Areas of Responsibility (KARs):

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind developing and standardizing solutions that catapult us to victory in every endeavor. You'll immerse yourself in the world of engineering and proposal processes, collaborating with diverse teams to craft winning strategies and deliverables. From scrutinizing client technical documents to honing bid strategies with our Business Development Managers, your impact will be felt at every stage of our projects.

Below are major highlights:

  • Review client technical documents.

  • Support, develop and review design / solution.

  • Develop and standardize specification for equipment and materials.

  • Develop and standardize RFQ specification for procurement together with design team.

  • Support preconstruction activities/standardize design for ease of execution.

  • Support quality process

  • Participate & develop write up & slides together with design team.

  • Support BIM design, master material standardization and verification.

  • Developing BID deliverables with Tender Team.

Formal Education and Training Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or currently enrolled) in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering preferred.
