The primary function arranging and monitoring transportation support for any logistical requirements of the distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Arrange and monitor transportation support for Distribution Center operations. 
• Track and coordinate goods delivery, ensuring efficient load planning and routing. 
• Communicate delivery schedules and instructions to customers and internal teams. 
• Verify delivery documents for accuracy and completeness. 
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, vehicle roadworthiness, and safety standards. 
• Prepare reports on delivery fulfillment, truck turnaround time, and transportation costs. 
• Validate vendor billing and prepare payment requests. 
• Perform additional tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

Diploma in Warehouse Management or Logistics

Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics, distribution centers, 3PL operations, or related fields

Wholesale/retail experience preferred

Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices, WMS, and MS Excel

Excellent communication, interpersonal, attention-to-detail, and organizational skills
