Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for contacting prospective customers through inbound calls with the intention of selling vacation ownership
  • Attend meetings as required
  • Ensure compliance with; Quality Assurance, Do Not Call Regulations, MCCO Performance Expectations
  • Set and review weekly performance goals

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

Education   

  • Must have a minimum High School Diploma or GED

Training requirements

  • Successful completing of on boarding training
  • All associates are responsible for ensuring that they remain up to date on all required courses
  • Participate in coaching sessions

Knowledge and skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong client focus
  • Sales minded professional (hospitality, sales, call center, server, or marketing experience)
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to work in a goal and performance based environment
  • Deliver on the Wyndham promise

Job experience

  • Minimum of 6 months sales experience, preferably in a production driven environment
