Postul General Accounting Project Leader (F/M) face parte din cadrul Directiei Financiare.
Responsabilities:
- Analyzes the income statement of the Dacia Group subsidiaries in Romania in order to ensure the correctness of the consolidated information at the level of the Renault Group;
- Deals with the development and updating of the financial-accounting policies and methodologies in accordance with the changes in the Dacia Group's activity, in the Renault group's accounting policies and with the legislative changes to ensure the coherence and legality of the Group's accounting operations;
- Participate in various projects of the Group management that have financial-accounting implications in order to ensure compliance with Renault Group policies and legislation in this field;
- Identifies opportunities to simplify and optimize the financial-accounting and treasury activity, proposing paths for progress;
- Identifies possible risks and seeks to ensure a thorough control in order to minimize them. It gets involved in crisis situations and offers specialized consultancy when necessary;
- Performs economic and financial analyzes or those regarding the performance of the activity, prepares various reports containing economic-financial information at the request of clients;
- It is oriented towards the permanent improvement of professional and specialized training, being up to date with all legislative changes and news in the financial and accounting field;
- Provides advice for carrying out in good conditions the financial accounting and management activity carried out within the GRR companies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting > 10 years;
- Knowledge to analyze & synthetize accounting data;
- System knowledge : SAP;
- Good digital skills;
- Verry good level of English;
- Exceptional ability to organize working groups on technical topics involving various functions;
- People and results oriented;
- Flexibility and ability to synthesize.
