About the team
Working in partnership with leading academic partners in the UK and beyond, Boundless Learning provides online learning services including marketing, student recruitment, course content development, training, and ongoing student support. As a ramp-up company, every member of our team responds positively to breaking new ground and are willing to challenge current practice and to be challenged themselves.
The Senior Marketing Manager is a strategic and analytical role, with the responsibility of overseeing the marketing performance of several partnerships and programs. Working alongside Partnership Directors, who are accountable for the day-to-day planning and execution of marketing activities, the Senior Marketing Manager will ensure that effective, multichannel marketing plans, budget allocation and phasing are in place to deliver on annual performance targets and maximize return on investment.
This role will attend internal and external stakeholder-facing meetings to discuss marketing plans and programme performance. Therefore we require an experienced marketing strategist with a broad background who can develop sound marketing initiatives to attract learners effectively and efficiently.
The Senior Marketing Manager will be a lead of the international marketing team (today these roles are mainly in the UK and Australia) and the primary liaison with the global marketing agency for
non-North American markets. They will ensure budget allocations achieve against business expectations. This position reports to the Director, Performance Marketing in the Global Marketing team.
