Responsible for providing customer support through the performance of on-site product/solution installation and sustainment. This includes overseeing and/or performing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of security equipment and system. Checks out and approves operational quality of solution components. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the solution. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned locations. Interprets customers' needs, defines next steps, and clarifies the assignment of responsibility for problem resolution as needed. Includes any aspect of field support and is not limited to system hardware, software, network, and other technical infrastructure components.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic security systems

• Understand system design drawings

• Execute installation activities within planned durations • Complete device and component installation activities

• Configure programmable system components

• Perform testing and evaluation to identify and correct problems at component and system levels

• Install raceway and conduit infrastructure

• Install, terminate, and test system cabling to all components • Test system components

• Install equipment racks, enclosures, panels, and device mounting hardware

• Maintain accurate As-Built documentation

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Posses or be able to obtain a Secret clearance level

• Requires a HS diploma or GED

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

• Must be able to work on a 12-foot stepladder for extended periods of time

• Must be able to work at various heights up to 45 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, cand all types of ladders

• Must be able to walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, kneel, and reach overhead on a routine and repetitive basis

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• 2+ years of experience in electronic security systems or related field

• Basic understanding of TCP/IP

• Experience operating personnel lift

• Basic knowledge of electrical conduit installation

• IP camera experience

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$51,800 - 106,200 USD
