Job Summary
• This role is responsible for possessing oversight of sourcing and assessing candidates, managing candidate experience, overseeing staffing operations and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes to facilitate successful talent acquisition. The role implements recruitment strategy, fosters strong relationships with hiring managers, and oversees resource alignment for effective hiring processes. The role drives regional staffing initiatives and leads high-complexity projects, allocating resources strategically. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for various sales roles within the organization.

Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

Manages the daily operations of a staffing team within a region or multiple regions, involved in hiring the team and guides performance against hiring targets.
• Directs and supervises the beginning-to-end staffing process within the sub-region; advises the design of sourcing strategies; and troubleshoots, manages, and escalates to senior management.
• Partners with senior leadership on the hiring process and ensures that the region is in compliance with corporate and government policy.
• Manages third-party vendors by holding regular reviews and creates action plans to resolve performance issues.
• Manages full life-cycle recruitment including searching, sourcing, screening, pre-interviewing, and facilitating the onboarding.
• Leverages a consultative approach and develops strong working relationships with hiring managers to identify talent requirements, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills required to fill new and replacement roles.
• Partners with managers and other senior recruiting executives to plan and anticipate workforce needs based on business development strategies.
• Oversees the correct alignment of resources and workflows to ensure successful hiring processes and administration.
• Designs and executes the staffing strategy within a region, including talent attraction, hiring, relocation, and the contingent workforce.
• Leads regional initiatives that impact staffing; assigns resources for priority projects and serves as project manager for a project of high complexity and large scope.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 15+ years of work experience, preferably in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or a related field.

• Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
