As Relyance AI’s Executive Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to our CEO, Abhi Sharma, providing high-level support and guidance. You will be responsible for managing complex operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization. You will be a functional blend of a Strategic Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff. 

As a Executive Business Partner, your role will include:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the executive team, and the board to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Operational Excellence: Overseeing day-to-day operations and calendaring for the CEO. Help drive CEO’s key initiatives and special projects to completion
  • Project Management: Leading and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Executive Support: Providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing a complex calendar, preparing presentations, conducting research, gathering data, and understanding metrics and numbers
  • External Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, media, PR, partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and Mentoring the other team member to elevate the Executive Operations fuction.

  • Strategic Thinking: A keen eye for identifying opportunities and solving complex problems.
  • Strategic Support Execution: 5+ years of experience supporting a C-Suites calendar.

Strong Execution: The ability to translate strategy into action and deliver results.Business Acumen: Experience communicating for and on behalf of an Executive.

  • High EQ: Empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships.
  • Startup Experience: Experience navigating the challenges and opportunities of a high-growth startup.
  • No Task Is Below You: Take out the trash to strategic analyze a financial plan

Bonus points for:

  • Experience supporting a VC-funded CEO.
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn to develop new connections.f
  • A background in venture capital or private equity.

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $135,000 to $175,000.
