The Talent Acquisition Manager leads a dynamic clinical recruitment team dedicated to attracting top talent and building a skilled workforce that supports VNS Health’s mission. Compensation Range:$109,900.00 - $146,500.00 Annual

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Develops and executes workforce strategies to attract skilled talent aligned with VNS Health’s goals. Analyzes labor market trends to anticipate challenges and opportunities.

  • Policy and Compliance Oversight: Establishes and enforces recruitment policies and onboarding practices to ensure compliance with legal standards and industry best practices.

  • Team Management and Collaboration: Leads the Talent Acquisition team to meet organizational staffing needs while partnering with leadership to assess workforce requirements and provide actionable feedback.

  • Marketing and Talent Sourcing: Designs and implements innovative advertising and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent and address specialized hiring needs.

  • Compensation and Analytics: Aligns pay practices with organizational needs and uses key metrics to track recruitment performance, inform decisions, and drive improvements.

  • Employee Relations and Development: Works with HR leadership to foster positive employee relations, resolve workplace concerns, and support staff training and career development.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field Required

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field Preferred


Work Experience:

  • Minimum of five years of professional HR experience, including three years of recruiting Required

  • Minimum of three years supervisory experience Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for health care, management and/or technical positions Preferred

  • Strong computer skills and a demonstrated ability to use applicant tracking systems Required

  • Experience with an HRM/HRIS system, preferably Workday Required

  • Proven successful design and implementation of recruitment plans with the ability to track results required; plans should include using a variety of channels and techniques to attract talent.

  • Project management skills Required
