As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you play a critical role on the North American Client Group (NACG) recruiting team, partnering with hiring managers on the development and implementation of recruitment strategies for a variety of teams, including sales, product, and marketing.

You will provide thought leadership to your stakeholders which includes Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates. You pride yourself on your ability to juggle multiple priorities while also providing a best-in-class candidate and client experience. To thrive in this role, you excel in creating and maintaining strong business relationships and can adapt your communication style to partner effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.

  • You have previous experience in recruiting within the financial services and/or investment management industry.
  • You have demonstrated experience in balancing multiple stakeholders and client groups and delivering a high-touch client and candidate-focused recruitment process.
  • You are highly effective in designing search strategies, leveraging active and passive sourcing methods to identify qualified internal and external candidates for open positions.
  • Your deep assessment skills enable you to draw objective and insightful conclusions about a candidate’s experience and expertise.
  • You demonstrate rigor around time management and search execution and are comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously.
  • You are intellectually curious and agile and comfortable working across a variety of different functions.
  • Your background includes using metrics and tools to make objective, data driven decisions that allow you to recognize patterns in the business or with candidates and create compelling stories to influence key business partners.
  • You are a skilled communicator and thrive in team settings by being authentic, respectful, and engaging. You have a track record of building strong relationships and are viewed as a trusted talent advisor by the business and HR partners.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974-$187,158

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
