Where We Need You

We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team in Philadelphia. Protiviti works in a hybrid environment and this role requires that you work in-person in our office several times per week. 

What You Can Expect

As a People & Culture Coordinator, you are responsible for organizing and executing various assignments within the Human Resources process, specifically supporting our Philadelphia and New York offices.

You will develop an understanding of key business process and protocols while having the ability to communicate with all levels of local practice and operations employees. 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding trainings which includes identifying speakers, meeting logistics, etc. 
  • Identify and escalate potential issues for compliance with HR policies, laws and regulations
  • Assist in Performance Management processes (advisor assignments, performance evaluations, promotion discussions, compensation, etc.)
  • Conduct Check-ins with new hires leading up to their year anniversary with the firm and communicating any employee concerns
  • Field general HR questions from employees and address/elevate as necessary
  • Recognize accomplishments and career milestones of our people including birthdays and anniversaries
  • Manage the transfer coordination of employees moving in and out of the Region as well as Solutions
  • Assist in the bonus plan processes for practice employees
  • Maintain headcount movement (hires, terms, transfers, etc.)
  • Track and maintain prior years’ experience for Protiviti experienced hires
  • Assist with data QA/ensure accuracy during compensation and bonus processes
  • Manage HRIS transactions for employee compensation changes, job profile updates, headcount movement, etc.
  • Help conduct meaningful exit interviews and smooth transitions for employees
  • Assist with ad-hoc market leadership requests that serve to build the culture of our teams
  • Support and cultivate an inclusive culture and work environment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with other HR team members across Protiviti to ensure best practices and consistency
  • Prepare HR presentations to be covered during office and regional meetings
  • Assist in the execution of special internal events, e.g. Promotion Celebrations, Alumni events, Town Hall Meetings, social events, etc. 
  • Participate in national task forces as requested
  • Other special projects as assigned to support the HR team

What Will Help You Be Successful

  • Strong coaching, negotiation, and conflict resolutions skills
  • Ability to function operationally while assisting with strategic projects and initiatives
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues
  • Identify and resolve or elevate operational and human resources issues appropriately
  • Interact with all levels of personnel and work well under pressure
  • Professionalism while working with confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task and bring multiple projects to completion and within the budgeted timeframe
  • Previous experience presenting in front of large groups and employees at all levels is a plus

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, English, Human Resources
  • 0-2 years in human resources or a related field, preferably in professional services, agency recruiting and/or industry experience.
  • Experience using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel is required based on our project and internal client commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$48,000.00 - $74,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
