What’s needed in order to do that:
-Evaluate opportunities to attract new business.
-Perform quantitative and qualitative financial analyzes to comply with internal metrics for decision making.
-Prepare rental proposals, promotional material for the venture, organize and manage the creation of projects and budgets.
-Reconcile economic and macroeconomic information.
-Relationships with new clients.
Main responsibilities:
1. Attract new business and clients
2. Coordination of the operational portfolio ensuring that information is updated for future clients.
3. Maintain good relationships with clients, internal teams and suppliers, ensuring that the client receives the best possible service from our operational team, that communication with internal teams is objective so that our processes do not affect the activities of our clients.
4. Monitor the implementation of new client operations in condominiums, supporting the RECX team;
5. Preparation of commercial proposals with an appropriate profile for our clients.
Main challenges:
- Interpersonal relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring that there is communication between internal teams and that clients feel satisfied with our service.
- Seek growth in the rental value of assets.

Academic Training: Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related training.
Experience time: 5 years.
Specific Knowledge: Operation of corporate or industrial/logistical condominiums, legal, technical, financial and accounting knowledge.
Languages and fluency: Advanced English (Reading, writing, listening and speaking).
