Must have Skills : Kinaxis Good to Have Skills : No Function Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : We are looking for talented people with entrepreneurial drive to join our growing team of Solution Consultants Kinaxis Rapid Response implementation Technical Experience : -5 to 7 years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response implementation projects -Prior Solution Developer experience in 1-2 Kinaxis Implementation projects across different industry domains -Should have strong Configuration, Authoring of resources in Kinaxis Rapid Response for different modules -Ability to analyze supply chain operational data, to identify opportunities and develop insights Perform fit-gap analysis -Be a part of an Agile project team utilizing the Agile / Scrum methodologies Professional Attributes : -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally -Strong business acumen and execution experience in supply chain process and systems Educational Qualification: -BTech/BE/MCA -MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics preferred Additional Info : -Open to travel - short / long term -Kinaxis certifications will be an added advantage
