Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Systems Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting financial systems master data maintenance, designing and enhancing dashboards, transforming data, performing analysis, and advising on how to optimize extractions for improved data analytics. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP / SAC master data maintenance
  • Dashboarding and Visualization development
  • Financial / Operational Reporting Automation
  • Data Validation / Reconciliation
  • Data Cleansing and Manipulation using Alteryx
  • Querying data using SQL
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  • Hold self and project team accountable for outcomes
  • Conduct post implementation review, lessons learned and implement improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years in finance data analytics or related role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proficiency in data analytics software and tools (e.g., Alteryx, PowerBi, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, JIRA, SQL)
  • SAP S4 Hana, Group Reporting, SAC experience
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to work in a deadline focused, dynamic environment, and consistently produce deliverables within agreed upon timelines.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions accounting for the larger system wide impacts.

  • Ability to analyze business processes, design process improvements, and train business users on the new processes.
  • Excellent writing skills. Must have the ability to express strategy, technical knowledge, and processes in easily understood presentations.

  • Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently & on multiple projects against deadlines.
  • Experience in the healthcare, pharma or medical device industry a plus.
