Why is this role important at Infobip? 

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Purchasing Analyst Student to join our Finance department.

To ensure healthy, stable growth, developing and implementing projects at regional and global scales, the role of Purchasing Analyst will enable the ordering of supplies and equipment with optimal resource investment. 

The role will be closely tied to globally shared financial service activities.

What you’ll do:  

• Controlling, monitoring, and maintaining assets in company-approved procurement systems  

• Posting Goods Receipt in Company procurement systems 

• Active involvement in invoice matching process 

• Preparing and processing purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics FO ERP 

• Maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments

• Coordination with the sourcing department, as well as all other stakeholders within the company 

• Research potential vendors and comparing/evaluating offers from suppliers 

• Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing 

• Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery 

• Reviewing the quality of purchased products 

• Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices 

• Managing relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance to terms of contracts 

• Liaising with other teams in order to ensure all products arrive in good condition

• You are a student with student rights

• You have an affinity towards Business Economics / Finance profession

• Ability to adapt fast and like working in a high-paced environment independently and within a team environment 

• Strongly oriented on details and communication with various stakeholders

• Able to organize and track your work well 

• Not afraid to raise issues and drive change because you seek to make an impact 

• Proficient user of Excel and highly fluent in English, both spoken and written 

• You build positive, lasting relationships with colleagues on the team 

Contract details:

• Hourly rate: 6.6 EUR –  student contract

• Working hours: full time - 40 hour/week

• Duration: 1 year

• Location: Vodnjan
