As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and establishing relationships that contribute the growth of DXC. You will focus on strategic planning, market research, and networking to secure new business and expand partnerships. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to align business goals and ensure sustainable growth.

Responsibilities and duties

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for a variety of activities in the pursuit of growth of the business. This will consist of:

• Tender writing
• Presenting to external clients
• Business growth activities
• Expanding on market opportunities
• Networking
• Account Management
• Facilitating Forums/ Sessions

Required skills, experience and qualifications

As Business Development Manager you will ideally have a background within the Victorian workers compensation scheme – this will include:

• Strong ability to build relationships
• Time management
• Can work independently
• Tender writing required 
• Development of business material
• Presenting (chairing/ leading)
